Thank You Kylie

Rainbow Families CoChair for the past 18 months, Kylie Gwynne, has stepped back from the Board. Kylie joined the Rainbow Families Board in 2019 and has contributed knowledge and expertise to Rainbow Families as an organisation and our community over the past few years.

Along with the late Morri Young OAM, Kylie led the process for Rainbow Families to achieve charity status and DGR. This has powered our fundraising efforts because Rainbow Families is now able to apply for many more grants, and receive more corporate and personal donations, increasing revenue and services offered to support our community.

Kylie focussed her efforts behind the scenes contributing to policy and governance matters. She also fronted the media on behalf of Rainbow Families a number of times - answering some difficult questions, and flying the Rainbow Families flag.

We thank Kylie for her time and contribution over the past few years, and wish her all the best with the future.
