Ensuring Safe and Inclusive Health Services: Your Voice Matters!

Access to safe, inclusive health services is crucial for the health and well-being of individuals and families, especially during conception, pregnancy, and the early years of a child's life.

Unfortunately, we know that barriers can exist for LGBTIQ+ individuals, affecting their access to services and ultimately impacting health outcomes.

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District is committed to celebrating diversity, fostering inclusion, and cultivating a sense of belonging for all individuals and families. They have partnered with key LGBTIQ+ organizations to make maternity and child and family health services the best they can be.

To help, they’d like to hear about your health experiences.

- Do you or your family identify as LGBTIQ+?
- Do you live or access health services in NSW?
- Have you used maternity or child and family health services in the last 5 years?

If so, please complete the 10 – 15 minute survey about your health experiences. Your insights will play a pivotal role in helping to create safer, more inclusive healthcare experiences.

For families living in South Eastern Sydney, there are additional ways to get involved with this project. Follow the survey link to discover how you can get involved and make a difference in your community.
