Thanks to our departing Secretary Charmaine
It is the job that few volunteer to do, but it’s the one that’s most important. Committee Secretaries grab everything that fall in the cracks, keep folks to task, and ensure good governance. Minutes coming out on time, and a busy committee that keeps ticking is a credit to Charmaine, who was secretary of Rainbow Families for over 3 years. As she steps downs from the committee, we offer our gratitude for her longstanding dedication to our community.
Charmaine was an efficient and dedicated secretary. She has also been an endless volunteer who offered her time to support the many events that Rainbow Families is famous for, from Halloween Disco, to Family Pride and Mardi Gras. Charmaine has been part of putting on some wonderful events for our community, supported fundraising, and advocacy campaigns.
