Headspace is a national organization dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of young people, including LGBTQ+ youth in secondary schools. If you identify as, are questioning or are interested in learning about trans and gender diversity and/or sexuality join the community to discuss all things LGBTQIA+ While some centres offer specific LGBTQ+ support services, all of Headspace's services are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to individuals of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. They provide counselling, workshops, and resources to empower youth to navigate life's challenges and build resilience.
