Gay and transgender hate crimes update

Following the NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into institutional responses to gay and transgender hate crimes between 1970 and 2010, and the interim report of the parliamentary committee, Rainbow Families is working with members of our community to ensure regional voices are heard when the committee re-convenes later this year.

We say thank you to all members of the committee, particularly its chair, the Hon. Shayne Mallard MLC, for the comprehensive interim report of the committee and the proposal to continue this important inquiry in regional NSW.
