The Rainbow Families Child and Family Health - Family Diversity Inclusion Training Program, can be provided in person or online and will enable people working in maternity and child and family health to effectively navigate the challenges and opportunities of including LGBTQ+ parents and their babies within their service. This approach not only enriches clinicians' understanding of family diversity but also equips them with practical strategies to create a welcoming and affirming environment.
Through this initiative, Rainbow Families aims to contribute to the holistic growth and development of all children by promoting acceptance, understanding and appreciation for family diversity.
