Youth Council Is Back

Rainbow Families’ Youth Council is back in full swing! After last week’s consultation, the group have started planning their activities for the term ahead which may or may not include a scavenger hunt, some crafternoons and a big family holiday dinner to cap off the end of the year.

Youth Council is a fortnightly drop-in space for children and young people from Rainbow Families to meet, hang out, and plan cool events. If your family or a family you know has young people aged 10-16 who are keen to have a regular meet-up with other young people from Rainbow Families, please send them our way - it’s not too late to join!

Best way to get in touch is to fill out our Expression of Interest form.

Our Youth Council will be meeting fortnightly 4.30pm-6.30pm in Summer Hill on the following dates:

  • 20 October
  • 3 November
  • 17 November
  • 1 December
  • 15 December

If you have any further questions about the Youth Advisory Council, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Youth Council Coordinator, Mon Enriquez on [email protected]
