Are you expecting a baby in 2026? We know that mainstream antenatal education can be heteronormative at times, and not always inclusive of our diverse community. We’ve partnered with Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) for the past 10 years to deliver inclusive parent education that has supported hundreds of LGBTQ+ expectant parents.

In 2026 we are changing up our antenatal and postnatal parent education and are working with SLHD to deliver these education classes in small online groups, tapping into the mainstream content and groups where most appropriate.

To best support you on your pregnancy education journey this year we need to hear from you about what information you are looking for as an LGBTQ+ person expecting a baby soon. We will then work with SLHD to offer a tailored series of workshops to give you all the information you need to be prepared for pregnancy, birth and postnatal care.
