We’re so excited to share that a brand-new Rainbow Families Playgroup is starting up in Nerang, and you’re invited to be part of it from the very beginning.

The Benevolent Society, 40 Martin Street, Nerang 4211This playgroup is designed with our LGBTQIA+ families in mind, a safe, welcoming space where kids (0–5, plus older siblings in the holidays) can play, learn, and grow while parents and carers connect over cuppas and conversations.
This isn’t just any playgroup….
Very soon, we’ll also have a play therapist from The Benevolent Society joining us each week to co-host, bringing extra support, ideas, and a whole lot of fun for both kids and parents.
Think: free play, fun activities, story time, music, and plenty of giggles.
The best part?
It runs weekly (including school holidays, except Christmas), so it’s a beautiful way to build routine and community.
No matter what your family looks like, two mums, two dads, solo parents, chosen family, carers, you belong here.
