Queenslands very first Resilience Camp is here!
Join us for a fabulous weekend of forging friendships, gaining life skills, and enjoying a ton of fun at Camp Cooby, located just 2 hours from Brisbane.
The Rainbow Families Resilience Camp is designed to build children’s inner strength while enriching their world with friendship and a sense of belonging within a connected, inclusive, and safe community.
What we’ll be doing:
This is a fully planned weekend experience for families with primary school aged children (5+).
For the kids, the program includes:
Outdoor group challenges
Activities facilitated by Camp Cooby leaders
Creative workshops
Opportunities to build friendships and confidence
For parents, there will be a dedicated resilience workshop for LGBTQ+ parents, including gay dads, lesbian mums, and trans and gender-diverse parents, creating space to connect, reflect, and be supported.
