Our wonderful secretary Morri is stepping down from the Board at the AGM in November, and we are looking for someone to replace him.
Tasks include
- Preparing and circulating the agenda for the monthly Board Meetings
- Taking minutes at the Board Meetings
- Scheduling Board Meetings
