Rainbow Families’ Strong Starts Program for expectant parents brings together experts and queer families to deliver affirming, positive, parenting information specifically for the queer community.

If you’re an expectant parent and want to access LGBTQ+ affirming information about:

• Accessing LGBTQ+ affirming care providers, and advocating for your family

• Taking care of your mental health as a birthing, or non-birthing parent.

• Preparing for life with a new human (Nappies, feeding, sleep, and did we mention nappies?)

• Building strong, safe, fabulous relationships

• Building a village of queer affirming friends and care providers...

This isn’t just an opportunity to hear from healthcare and baby experts, it’s also an opportunity to connect with other LGBTQ+ expectant parents, share your experiences, and remember that you’re not alone in your parenting journey.

Workshops will be delivered online fortnightly and best of all The Strong Starts program is FREE.
