Reachout Parents - Mental Health

ReachOut is a mental health organization that provides online resources and support for young people. It’s normal at various times to feel sad, stressed, angry or anxious. But when these feelings last for longer than usual and start to affect your everyday life, it's important to find out what's going on and what you can do about it. ReachOut have specific resources that address the mental health needs of LGBTIQA+ youth including addiction, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, suicide, trauma and self harm.
