Cheer on the official Rainbow Families float with punk outfits and costumes.

Rainbow Families has worked very hard with Mardi Gras to bring you a shared  viewing area to experience the parade without the crowds.

We have 100 tickets to the Access & Inclusion Viewing Area, along Flinders Street between Patterson and Linden Lanes.

We are sharing this space with Mardi Gras’s access guests (people with disability and their family/friends/carers). It is extremely important we share this space in a respectful way as the area is dedicated for people with disability.

Unfortunately there will be no food for sale within this area, guests will need to bring their own food and drink, or visit the restaurants/shops along Bourke St. This is a family event for all ages and an alcohol free event.

Tickets are required for adults and children. Wristbands will be issued to allow pass outs.

Tickets are free, and we expect them to be very popular.

To register your interest for this event please email and let us know how many tickets in total you need, and the names of the people you need tickets for.

Registration for this event will close on Sunday February 10th at 6pm. Groups will be randomly drawn and contacted by Tuesday 12th February. If you don’t hear back from us, unfortunately you have not been successful.

When: Saturday March 2nd from 5:45pm

Where: The corner of Linden Ln and Flinders St

Register for tickets before 6pm on Thursday February 10th.
