Gay Dads NSW are planning to have their next catch up at the end of June. This would be a great opportunity to catch up with everyone and welcome some of our newest members and our new bubs.

It will take place at Joseph Sargeant Community Centre, 60 Prospect St, Erskineville.

This venue is well equipped with toys for kids and other facilities. Including a basketball court and a playground (both enclosed).

There are great cafes around the area and it's a short walk away from Erskineville train station. Newtown and Macdonaldtown train stations are also about 10 mins walk from the venue. From experience there should be parking available on Prospect St or around the centre on Lambert or Morrissey St in which case you can come in the back door.

This catch up is open to all GBTIQ Dads, their families and friends, including dads in planning, dads through fostering; adoption; surrogacy; donor; co-parents and those of us who play a father figure role in a child's life.

Feel free to bring a plate of nibbles, but nothing is required except a good attitude.

Since this venue requires public insurance we registered the event under the Erskineville Rainbow Playgroup (they run the weekly playgroup meetings on Thursdays in this venue). To cover the hiring costs of the venue a gold coin donation would be appreciated.
